Diabetes Awareness Training

Open Workshops

DUET diabetes offers Diabetes Awareness Training as an open

workshop at various venues where organisations can book individual

places .

These workshops are led by an experienced Diabetes Practitioner or

Educator (nurse)and are relevant for people working for care providers

as well as healthcare support workers working in the community or GP

practices.

We also usually schedule a Blood Glucose Monitoring & Glucometer

Training workshop on the same day, to take place after a break for lunch.

This is an optional extra which costs an additional £40.

Where and when?

These workshops are currently provided at various venues across

Suffolk and Norfolk. If these locations are not suitable please get in

touch as we are happy to explore alternatives which are suitable for

those wanting to attend.
