At DUET Diabetes, we are committed to continually enhancing our services and offering the best possible learning experiences. Our goal is to effectively support those caring for individuals with diabetes, empowering them with the skills and confidence to make a positive impact on the adults they support and/or treat.

We regularly seek feedback* from participants to ensure we’re meeting their needs, and we’re proud to say that in all of our workshops to date, every responder has told us that they would recommend our training and that the information we have shared has improved their confidence, knowledge and/or skills.

We remain dedicated to maintaining - and even raising - our high standards. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us grow, and we welcome any suggestions or comments you may have.

*We use Gather's online platform to give true independent integrity to feedback; enabling us to easily and effortlessly obtain, collate, analyse and present the excellent results we receive from the confidence surveys that we run pre and post training. This demonstrates in-depth how successful how training has been, as well as enables us to easily share these results with the organisations that commission our services.
